oneThirty, an office space, is a balance between design and construction. Completing the project within a four week time frame forced construction to begin only two days into the design process.
The ability for both the design and construction team to react instantly was key to the projects success. One feature element is a custom designed concrete desk acting as the main focal point upon entry into the office lobby.
