RENOVATION + ADDITION
The family had a desire to add more space to their existing Martha’s Vineyard home. We quickly determined that the ideal location for an addition was the rear corner of the property. This strategic placement not only adhered to local ordinances but also created convenient access points and an intimate L-shaped rear yard, perfect for entertaining. POOL HOUSE
Positioning the new pool house further into the rear yard allows for a distinct separation from the main home, creating a serene covered outdoor area. This design choice ensures a clear travel path to the driveway and front yard, making it ideal for guests during the busy summer months when the family loves to entertain. The pool house itself is equipped with a bath, gym, and ample seating areas, providing a luxurious and convenient space for relaxation and recreation.
PRIMARY SUITE
The design of the new second-floor primary suite bends to maximize the views of the picturesque pond and farmland that borders the rear of this stunning Martha’s Vineyard property.
