Mixed-Use Retail & Apartments

Lumber Road Apartments is a mixed-use project which builds residential & retail spaces beside a reclaimed lumber barn along a small cove in Roslyn, NY. The new development is home to luxury rental apartments and mixed-use retail and amenity spaces. The design team was led by DHMurray Architecture and completed in 2017.
