Fourth Noir
This home, fit for Bruce Wayne’s inevitable move to the suburbs, is the fourth project we've had the pleasure of collaborating on with this inspiring power couple. Having previously transformed their doctors' offices, branded their medical practice, and redesigned their existing home – this new custom home is the culmination of a trusted collaboration with the longtime clients. The home’s unique amenities like a private bar room, office/music room, and an impressive gym all contribute to the family’s playful personality without overshadowing their refined sophistication.
Located on a long, narrow property, the home's dramatic approach starts with a meticulously designed driveway that leads to a grand reveal. Upon entering, their guests are greeted by a grand entry that leads them seamlessly into the home’s luxe gathering spaces and impressive rear yard. The south-facing front of the home is U-shaped to bring ample natural light into the interiors while simultaneously carving out a spacious parking court, ideal for displaying luxury vehicles.
A subtle separation of large-format tile flooring and dark-stained oak planks naturally lead guests toward the gathering spaces along the rear edge of the home. A sleek, double-island kitchen with dark onyx cabinetry and light contrasting Caesarstone countertops flows effortlessly into the dining and living spaces, which foster a sense of openness and connectivity that the family deeply values. Large glass doors open to the rear yard and pool area, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces and serves as an extension of the interior living spaces.
The bespoke interiors host a moody palette that exudes a bold minimalism—an aesthetic preference we've come to understand through our ongoing collaboration with the homeowners. The kitchen and bar areas are standout areas of the home, embodying the sleek black and white color scheme. In the kitchen, the dark wood cabinetry and light Caesarstone countertops create a striking visual contrast, while the double island design adds both functionality and elegance.
The formal bar room is equally impressive, featuring a wine wall and a dark wood flooring that enhance the room's refined ambiance that is consistent throughout the entire home. In the primary bathroom and bedroom this theme continues with varying stone finishes and grand gestures (like a full fireplace opposite the bed) offering luxurious retreats around the home. This residence is perfectly tailored to the clients' unique and sophisticated tastes and our deep understanding of their preferences, built over multiple successful projects.
