What To Expect
Do you have a property in an area where we’ve designed and developed many projects (NYC, Long Island, Hudson Valley)? We can guide you to an excellent real estate lawyer who can provide all of the legal advice you will need. Together with the real estate lawyer, we can create an LLC, review all contracts, and negotiate the terms that will help protect your assets.
What We Need
For us to help you with the acquisition of the property, we will need the name of the proposed LLC and the number of members that will be in it. Our lawyers will then help generate an Employer Identification Number (EIN), which will help finalize the contract for purchase. You should also reach out to your financial advisors regarding the tax implications of forming an LLC.
