This development group in south-east England carried a consistent color palette through everything from their
floor plans to their website and signage. This gave potential buyers confidence in the level of detail the
team was willing to devote to all elements of the project.
The New York design firm, Pentagram, was tasked with the goal of creating a world class identity and strategy
for this historic restoration project. The branding for the new residences and club reflected their high-end
appeal in details including the simplified architectural floor plans.
The identity for this NYC residential tower was created to mimic the fenestration pattern of the building
itself. The relationship between the architecture's facade and the branding carries out seamlessly to the
layout of the printed floor plans.
As a multidisciplinary design and development team, it was important to us that all potential owners could
fully grasp the proposed floor plans while the modern, beach house was still under construction.
These minimal floor plans are used to show guests what they can expect from the diverse room layouts at this
boutique, Brooklyn hotel. Each room is individually named and styled, making each stay a unique experience.
This "dollhouse" view of the floor plans allowed the owners of this large, modern home to get a quick
understanding of the proposed layout prior to construction. Similar to a boutique hotel, the homeowners then
used this floor plan map to show to their first time guest who would be staying with them.
