IDENTITY : Creating a Visual Language to Represent an Architectural Project

Architecture Branding for NYC Residential Development

WHAT WE MEAN by "IDENTITY"

Designing a consistent aesthetic for a project may require a defining logo mark, a specific color palette, a custom typeface, or more. We create a language and carry it through to all elements of your visual presence.

AN EXAMPLE from OUR WORK

Our branding for 559w23 is a subtle reference to the mullion pattern that dances up the building's facade. The simple icon takes the mullion pattern of a single residence and pairs it with a color palette and typography that mimics the high fashion and thriving art scene of the neighborhood it inhabits - West Chelsea, NY. We then carried these concepts through to their web design, print collateral, marketing materials and more which helped sell the residences at a premium.
